Penna Notes is published by Pentacom Software. The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard end-user license agreement.

Your notebooks

What you write in Penna is yours. We store and transfer it only so the app and sync can work, as the privacy policy describes.

Subscriptions

Sync is an optional subscription sold through the App Store. Apple handles billing, renewal and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings, and your notebooks stay on your devices after you cancel.
